Meet your supervisor

Your phone has a new boss.

Frank keeps an eye on your screen time and tells you the truth about it. Bluntly. Sometimes rudely. Always on your side.

iPhone first. No spam. One email when it’s ready. Privacy

Be honest. I’m about to find out anyway.

Pick your Frank

Friday 16 October

1:12

At 3h 30m a day

11 years of your waking life.

Over the next 50 years, one dot each. The coral ones go to a screen. Frank wants some of them back.

Math: 3.5 of 16 waking hours × 50 years

Frank’s mood

His face is the dashboard.

How much of your own daily limit you have used decides how he looks at you. Stay under it all day and you might even get a grudging smile.

How it works

Three steps. No excuses.

01

Pick your problem apps

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. Whatever eats your day, picked with Apple’s own Screen Time controls (iOS 18 or later). Older iPhone? A ten-second evening check-in works too.

02

Pick your Frank

Soft, blunt or harsh. Set a daily limit he can hold you to.

03

Get called out

A roast when you blow past your limits, a verdict every evening, a report card every week.

House rules

Roasts your habits. Never you.

Every line is written to mock the scrolling, not the person. No comments on looks, identity or health. Rough day? Hit the mercy button and Frank goes easy on you for 24 hours.

Private by design

Your Screen Time data never leaves your iPhone.

Not to our servers, not to our analytics, not to anyone. No ads, no data brokers, ever.

The bill

What it costs

Free to use

Questions

Is he actually mean?

As mean as you ask for. Soft Frank is a disappointed dad; Blunt Frank is an honest friend; Harsh Frank is a drill sergeant who swears at you because he cares.

What can Frank see on my phone?

Only what Apple’s Screen Time framework allows: when you cross time limits on apps you picked. He never sees your messages, photos or what you look at, and that data stays on your device.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Sign in with Apple or Google. It’s how your record follows you to a new phone.

Android?

iPhone first. Android is on the roadmap. Join the waitlist and we’ll tell you.

Can I turn him off?

Anytime. Tone, notifications, quiet hours and tracking are all one tap away. Deleting your account deletes your data.

Frank

I saw that.
